Create an internal transfer

Moves money immediately between two of your own Advance accounts. Requires an Idempotency-Key header.

Short description shown on bank statements (up to 10 characters).

Unique key for this request (e.g. a UUID). Retrying with the same key returns the original transfer instead of moving money again.
